We offer free shipping on all orders in AU and US. This means all of our Beach Tents come with free shipping, guaranteed!
Delivery time in East Coast of Australia is usually within 3-5 business days and for US it is 3-6 business days. For all other locations, please contact us.
All orders are usually dispatched next business day after your order is placed and shipped from our Warehouse.

We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your OZoola product, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Items must be unwashed, unused, and in their original condition to qualify for an exchange/refund. The request must be sent within 30 days of purchase, in order to be eligible of exchange or refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns, unless the item is faulty or the return is due to an error on our part

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable under all other circumstances.

Actual colours may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colors and that everyone sees these colors differently.

Orders shipped outside Australia and the United States may be subject to local taxes, customs duties, and import fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
