At Ozoola, we take pride in creating high-quality beach essentials designed to make your outdoor adventures more enjoyable and comfortable.

We stand behind the quality of our products and warrant them against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

If your Ozoola product is found to have a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair the product or provide a replacement at no additional cost.

This warranty covers manufacturing faults and defects only. It does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, improper care, neglect, unauthorised modifications, exposure to extreme conditions, or normal wear and tear that occurs through regular use.

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team with your proof of purchase and details of the issue. We may request photographs or additional information to assess your claim.
